Mixed-Use Tower in Miami Increases Density with Revised Utilities Agreement
Developers of M Tower, a 57-story tower in Miami, have secured an agreement with Miami Dade’s Water and Sewer Department to provide utilities. With the revised agreement, the tower will include 765 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, which is an increase from the original number of 675 apartment units. In addition, the development will include 4,708 square feet of ground floor retail space,5,000 square feet of a full-service restaurant and 694 parking spaces. Amenities on the ninth floor will include two pools and an outdoor deck.
