Modular Construction Continues at Clarendon Hill
During the month of August, the Dellbrook team has continued stacking steel-framed units, fabricated by Lab 9 Modular and its partner Daiwa House Modular Europe, for the redevelopment of Clarendon Hill in Somerville. This new 9-story building is one of the first modular high-rises in New England. Last week, the team also set up a crane to take the building fully vertical. The redevelopment of Clarendon Hill includes 168 residential units, shared community areas, and recreation facilities.
