Montclair Apartment Building Trades for $78M
A 4-story residential building at 11 Pine Street in Montclair, NJ has just traded hands for $78 million. In a deal brokered by JLL, Mill Creek Residential purchased the property from Clarion Partners. Mill Creek then rebranded the complex (previously known as "Montclair Residences at Bay Street Station") to "Alister Montclair". The building was designed by as a transit-oriented development and constructed in 2012. It contains apartment units and totals square feet. Units are available in studio, single, and double bedroom configurations.
The structure has an underground parking garage, as well as several tenant amenities, including exterior courtyards, a swimming pool, an internet cafe, and a daycare center. The complex is located just around the corner from the Bay Street New Jersey Transit Station, providing tenants with easy commutable access to New York City.
