More Construction Progress on One West Palm
Crews are busy continuing the progress on the multi-use residential property in West Palm Beach. Foundation, exterior work and glass installation are underway. The project includes two 30-story, 426-tall com towers. Totaling 826,500 square feet, the complex will feature 326 luxury apartments, 200,000 square feet of office space, and a 201-room hotel. The plans also call for a 7-story parking complex with valet. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a rooftop sky deck.
