Morgan Stanley Purchases Properties in Canton and Westwood for Combined $60.4M
Two properties on Shawmut Rd in Canton and one property on Dartmouth Street in Westwood sold for a combined $60.4M. Morgan Stanley acquired 65 and 95 Shawmut Rd from Calare Properties of Framingham for $17.5M and Wheelock Street Capital of Boston for $12.4M respectively. Major on-site tenants include Otis Elevator and Honeywell.
The third property, 26 Darmouth Street in Westwood, was also sold by Wheelock Street Capital for $30.4M and currently houses a marketing firm, Universal Wilde.
All properties are located in business parks straddling both sides of I-95 off Dedham Street in Canton and University Avenue in Westwood.
