Mott Haven Development Site Snagged for $16.1M
A square foot development site, located at 110 East 138th Street in the Bronx's Mott Haven neighborhood has just sold for $16.1 million. Improved with a 2-story commercial structure, the lot was jointly purchased by Phipps Houses and Douglaston Development from the previous owner, Rydan Realty LLC.
Originally built in 1957, the building totals square feet and is currently home to a used car dealership. Phipps and Douglaston bought the property with the intent to redevelop, but specific plans have yet to be announced.
