Move-Ins Announced at The Blake Alexandria
Blake construction is finishing off their first multifamily construction in Northern Virginia. The Blake Alexandria will be opening its doors to new residents on March 26th. It will feature 300 units over a 5-level precast garage with 420 parking spaces. On top of the normal amenities, such as pool and fitness room, the building will feature pet grooming stations, indoor clubhouse and outdoor games and barbecuing, and a secondary lobby with coworking space.
