MPDC Planning 60+ Affordable Units in Roxbury
Madison Park Development Corporation has filed a Letter of Intent for the development of the vacant site at 639 Warren Street in Roxbury’s Grove Hall neighborhood. The proposed project would include a six-story portion along Warren Street containing 54 affordable rental units, 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, community space, and an office for property management. A three-story wing along Crawford Street would feature 9 affordable homeownership units ranging from one- to three-bedrooms.
