Multi-Phase Mixed-Use Project Planned in Buzzard Point
Steuart Investment Company is planning a 2-phase mixed-use project on the site of what is now the Superior Concrete Plant. Plans call for 451 apartments along with 16,000 square feet of retail and 300 parking spaces in phase 1 along with space for a grocery store in phase 2. As part of the development, a 30 foot-wide alley would be created to bisect the site.
