Murray Hill Luxury Tower Trades for $387.5M

A 43-story residential tower, located at 685 1st Avenue in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood has just been sold for $387.5 million. It was acquired by Black Spruce Management from the previous owner and developer, Solow Building Company, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

Sitting just down the street from the UN's Headquarters, the tower is known as One United Nations Park. It contains units, consisting of 408 luxury rental apartments on floors 1-27 and 148 condo units on floors 28-43. The condo units are available in a variety of configurations, ranging from one to four bedrooms.

Tenant amenities include a 70-foot long, indoor lap pool, a fitness center with a training studio, steam room, and sauna, a resident lounge with games and a pool table, a movie screening room, a children's playroom, and a catering kitchen with private dining.

The building also offers square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.

One United Nations Park is nearly a brand new building, with construction having concluded in 2019. The structure stands feet tall and totals square feet.
