MW Builders Selected as General Contractor for Tampa Heights Development
National building company MW Builders has been selected as the general contractor for Tampa Heights. This is the first project for MW Builders in Tampa. The project is a new mixed-use project in Tampa Heights that would add 320 apartment units. Located along Florida Avenue, just north of downtown Tampa, the seven-story building would also offer 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments would be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. A parking garage would include 593 parking spaces and a rooftop pool.
