National Development Acquires South Boston Planned Development Site $17.375M
National Development has acquired the development site of 323 Dorchester Avenue for $17.375M. The firm filed plans for a 21-story mixed-use project on the site in late February. The tower would include approximately 265 residential units, 47,000 square feet of commercial space, approximately 14,500 square feet of retail space, and a below-grade parking garage with space for 198 vehicles & 285 bikes.
