National Development Files PNF for 1.1 Million SF Development in South Boston
National Development has submitted a PNF for 1.1 million square feet of development across four buildings at 323-345 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston. Plans call for 285,550 SF of office, 358,550 SF of lab, 55,150 SF of retail, and 399,530 SF of residential space featuring 345 units totaling 1,146,700 SF of new development.
