National Development Planning 325 Unit Project to Replace Midtown Hotel
After signing a ground lease for the property earlier this year, National Development is now planning a 10-story building along Huntington Avenue to replace the Midtown Hotel. The hotel, which was originally constructed in 1961 would be demolished and replaced with a new mixed-use project to include around 325 apartments with ground-floor retail space.
