National Development's 21-Story Mixed-Use Dorchester Ave. Project Now Under Review
National Development has submitted plans for the 317,000 square foot mixed-use project along Dorchester Ave. in South Boston. The 21-story building would include 265 residential units, 47,000 square feet of office space, 14,500 square feet of retail and parking for nearly 200 cars. The bulk of the retail space is expected to be home to a grocery store. The building would be the first high-rise in the Plan: Dorchester Avenue area with construction costs expected to come in around $210M.
