Nearly 500 Units Planned for Worcester Site
A five-building, 491-unit luxury apartment complex has been proposed for a 17+ acre site at 4 Brandt Lane in Worcester. The development, dubbed, Grafton Woods, would replace a single-family home and junk storage currently occupying the site. Plans also include associated roadways, access and parking, a stormwater management system, and resident amenity space. The Holden-based developer of the project acquired the site in 2023 for $4.3M
