Neighbors Push Back on Mixed-Use Development at 4651 N. Kedzie
Neighbors are expressing concern over the height and lack of parking at a proposed 6-story, mixed-use development that was recently presented to the community in East Albany Park. Located next to the Kedzie CTA Brown Line station, the new building, if approved, would rise 65 feet and include 26 residential units and approximately 4,630 square feet of ground floor retail space.
