Exciting times in Allapattah, as we celebrated the groundbreaking for “Fourteen Allapattah Residences”. JAXI & Neology Life enjoy a strong working relationship as this will be repeat business with the developer for the third and fourth building together.
The project has been designed with a modern edge and costs feasibility in mind by BEHAR FONT & PARTNERS, P.A, adding to the depth of the Miami skyline.
Projects such as these are much needed as they put downward pressure on housing costs through increased supply.
