New 11-Unit Proposed in Brentwood
A new development has been proposed in DC's Brentwood neighborhood. The application aims to demolish the existing single-family home, and construct a three-story-with-penthouse delivering 11 units. The units will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The new development will join a number of other missing middle projects in the works around the city, which aim to add more variety in neighborhood dwelling structures.
