New 2-Building Rental Development Proposed in New Rochelle
A massive, 2-building, residential development, has been proposed for 866 Main Street in New Rochelle, New York.
Developed by , the plans call for two, 28-story towers, connected by a multi-story podium. Designed by , the towers would contain rental apartments combined, offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. It would have over 25,000 square feet of tenant amenities, including but not limited to an outdoor pool and multiple private terraces.
Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an enclosed parking garage, located within the podium, with enough room for vehicles.
Potentially constructed in two phases, 866 Main Street would total square feet altogether. The development would be built on a site, currently occupied by the Arnold Constable building.
