New 2-Building Rental Development Proposed in New Rochelle

A massive, 2-building, residential development, has been proposed for 866 Main Street in New Rochelle, New York.

, the plans call for two, 28-story towers, connected by a multi-story podium. Designed by

rental apartments combined, offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. It would have over 25,000 square feet of tenant amenities, including but not limited to an outdoor pool and multiple private terraces.

Plans also call for

Potentially constructed in two phases, 866 Main Street would total
