New 9 Unit Multifamily near H Street Corridor
Plans have been filed to refurbish the existing six-unit, two-story with cellar building, construct a front, rear, and third floor addition with penthouse, and convert it into a mixed-use, nine-unit apartment house, with first floor retail. The plan was first proposed in 2020, however the application was withdrawn in November of last year.
