New Apartment Community Planned Along Hillsborough River
New York-based developer Shorewood Real Estate Group has filed plans for a new apartment community in east Tampa. Shorewood Legacy Riverhills will offer 330 apartment units. Located along the Hillsborough River, the community will consist of a clubhouse and 11 three-story buildings. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will range in size from 707 to 1,248 square feet. The location is near several shopping and dining options and provides easy access to I-4 and I-75.
