New Apartment Community Planned in West River District
Miami developer Related Group has plans for a new apartment community in the West River area of Tampa. Related Group acquired the land from the City of Tampa Housing Authority for $4.5 million in October 2022. Manor West River will offer 360 apartment units in an eight-story building just north and west of downtown Tampa, that will feature a rooftop pool deck with views of the Hillsborough River. The apartment community is part of a larger development in the West River district that spans 200 acres and will include 1,636 mixed-income residential units and more than 177,000 square feet of commercial space. Construction of Manor West River is expected to begin prior to the end of 2022.
