The Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology has officially filed plans for a 68,000 SF Roxbury campus. Plans call for a 3-story development on a 54,626 SF lot featuring 7 academic departments with 20 technical education labs, 8 shared classrooms, and 13 conference rooms.
