New data center campus for southwest Atlanta suburb Union City

TA Realty, a leader in developing Data Centers across the county has filed a Development of Regional Impact application with the State of Georgia's Department of Community Affairs.  The application shares that the proposed project will sit on 67.8-acre site with access along Buffington Road 1,000 feet north of Jonesboro Road. The site will include four data center buildings of approximately 250,000 SF each for a total of approximately 1,000,000 SF data center facility.
