New Details Revealed for 1060 W. Van Buren
New details have been revealed for a West Loop residential development that would include the adaptive reuse of an existing 8-story historic loft building, as well as the construction of a 26-story, 290 foot tower. Plans include 325 residential units, 111 of which will be in the redeveloped loft building. A 6-story podium clad in glass will be constructed to attach the existing building to the new tower with 106 parking spaces. All three structures will feature outdoor rooftops with amenity space, including a dog park.
