New Developer Presents Updated Plans for Bethesda Multifamily Project
Community Three has now taken over development of the 4725 Cheltenham Drive project from Bozzuto Development. Updated plans for the project call for a slight decrease in square footage from 80,000 to 77,000 while the total number of units will increase from 83 to 110. The new plans also eliminate parking from the building. Community Three hopes to break ground in Fall 2022.
