New Enabling Project to Begin at O'hare
Turner Paschen Aviation Partners are preparing to launch a tunnel boring machine that will mine 8,000 feet of segmental tunnel at O'hare in order to redirect major stormwater flows and allow an existing central detention basin to be filled. This enabling project is part of the overall O'hare 21 expansion plan and will pave the way for new taxiways and the eventual construction of future concourses.
