Quincy, the City of Presidents or an arguably more important moniker the birthplace of Dunkin' Donuts, offers residents easy access to Boston via the Redline plus 27 miles of coastline. This busy suburb has seen a building boom in the past few years with around $1Billion dollars of development underway or upcoming for the Downtown/Quincy Center area alone.
