Quincy, the City of Presidents or an arguably more important moniker the birthplace of Dunkin' Donuts, offers residents easy access to Boston via the Redline plus 27 miles of coastline. This busy suburb has seen a building boom in the past few years with around $1Billion dollars of development underway or upcoming for the Downtown/Quincy Center area alone. Along with the recently completed and soon to open multi-family projects listed below, there are several others upcoming that will create nearly 1500 more units of housing in this historic city.
This 140-unit mixed-income community was fully completed over the summer and features a range of studios through two bedrooms. 114 of the homes at the Watson are offered to households ranging from 50-110% AMI. The building features an array of amenities including a fitness center with yoga and spin space, a 3-season courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and an expansive club room with a tasting kitchen.
Triple 9 Hillside offers 60 luxury apartments just steps from Quincy Center. Hillside features amenities including a state-of-the-art gym, a spacious roof deck, private balconies, a billiard/recreational room. Open concept units offer contemporary kitchens with quartz countertops and many include private balconies.
The Neponset, just over the Neponset Bridge in Quincy near the North Quincy MBTA Station will offer 28 luxury condos expected to open in the coming months. This boutique building offers all two-bed, two-bath residences plus a rooftop lounge and garage parking for 56 cars.
Nova Quincy located in the heart of Quincy Center offers 171 apartments above 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units at Nova Quincy range in size from 380 square foot ORI Smart Furnished studios (pictured above) through 1150 square foot 2 bedroom/2bath units. Along with a fitness center and resident lounge, the building is connected to a public ground-floor, all-weather galleria linking Hancock Street to the upcoming Quincy Center parking garage.
Set to welcome first residents this coming January, The Q at Quarry Hills will offer 229 luxury rentals just down the hill from The Granite Links Golf Course. Units will range in size from 600+ square-foot studios through 1270 square foot 2 bedrooms with prices from $1900 - $2775 per month. Building amenities offered will include a fitness center, pool, co-working space, and a roof deck with outdoor kitchen and city views.
