New Layout Revealed for 40-Story Tower
Arden Group submitted a construction application to begin work on 1836 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater. The application, which was filed to the Miami Building Department, requests permits for a 390 unit, 40-story tower standing at 450 feet. The building was formerly approved to build 364 units, meaning Arden hopes to receive approval for an additional 26 units with these new plans.
The building will overhang a church listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Total cost of construction for the development is expected to be over $50 million.
