New Office Building Will Add 500,000 Square Feet of Space to Water Street Tampa
A planned office building situated across the street from Amalie Arena, 400 Channelside Drive, serves as a gateway for urban engagement. With 500,000 square feet of class A Tampa office space designed by Gensler, this 19-story mixed-use building is designed to meet the ongoing needs of tenants of all sizes. From small to multi-floor companies, varying floor plans cater to all.
400 Channelside has been designed with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and air quality. Perched on the fourth floor, a beautifully landscaped 27,000 square foot rooftop terrace provides diverse outdoor space for fitness, informal gatherings, business meetings or quiet rejuvenation. 400 Channelside will be a component of Phase II of Water Street. A time frame has not been given for construction.
