New Renderings for 7-Story Mixed-Use in Bensonhurst
New Renderings have been released for a 7-story mixed-use project, set for 1807 66th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
Developed by FSA Capital, the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Plans also call for a roof terrace and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng, Architects Studio, PC, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is currently in the excavation stage, and work is expected to finish by the fall of 2024.
