New Renderings for Jersey City Residential Tower
New renderings have been revealed by C3D Architecture for 618 Pavonia Avenue in Jersey City. The 27-story residential tower is one of three buildings being developed by Namdar Group as part of an expansion of the Homestead Place master development.
The building will stand approximately 293 feet tall, and contain 376 residential apartments with a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom units. The ground floor will offer 5,500 square feet of retail space, and floors 2 through 4 are set to contain office space.
An expansive walkway will connect each of the new buildings at Homestead Place, providing public outdoor space, retail, and restaurant options. The walkway will also lead to the Journal Square PATH station, giving residents easy access to Midtown Manhattan, and the Financial District. Construction began recently on 618 Pavonia, but an estimated completion date isn't available at this time.
