New Renderings of Moxy Hotel Released
Developers have released new renderings of the Moxy Hotel by Marriott. The hotel is the centerpiece of The Edge Collective, a mixed-use development in downtown St. Petersburg’s Edge District. The 163-room Moxy Hotel to be built on Central Avenue, will include a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, as well as lobby bar, coffee shop and retail space. The existing four-story 17,000 square foot building located next to the site of the Moxy will be refurbished and the two buildings will be joined by an outdoor garden and retail area. The Moxy is projected to open in 2023.
