New Renderings Revealed for 5500 Wisconsin
Chevy Chase, MD
New renderings have been revealed by Donohoe Companies and Carr Companies for an 18-story, 320-unit multifamily development with roughly 15,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail.
The unit count is down 60 units from previously proposed plans, however, plans for the Courtyard by Marriott will be renovated and maintained have remained unchanged.
Plans also show a pedestrian plaza that will connect the Hills Plaza to Wisconsin Avenue.
Approximately 50 units will be designated affordable.
The next public hearing will be this Thursday.
