New Renderings Revealed for 65-Story Tower at Miami Worldcenter Block A
Developers have recently revealed new renderings of a 700-foot tall mixed-use tower they have planned for Miami Worldcenter Block A located on a 1.02-acre lot at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue. The tower will include 1,288,063 square feet of new construction space with 786 residential units, around 36,000 square feet of amenity space, 3,611 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and over 500 parking spaces.
Miami's Urban Development Review Board will review the plans on April 19, 2023.
