New Renderings Revealed for Luxury Williamsburg Condo Project
New renderings have been unveiled for a 7-story, luxury residential project, set to rise at 110 North 1st Street (alternatively addressed as 106 North 1st Street) in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain high-end condo units, offered in one and two-bedroom configurations, as well as larger premium units, and penthouses.
Tenant amenities are to include an indoor pool, a fitness center, sauna and meditation rooms, a co-working space, a landscaped roof terrace with BBQ stations and cabanas, a children's area, a dog washing station, and a dog run. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.
is serving as the general contractor of the project, although work is currently stalled, due to a 'Partial Stop Work Order'. It's unclear when the development is expected to debut, but the release of these new renderings is certainly a good sign and perhaps even an indicator that work will resume soon.
