New Renderings Revealed for Parkside Parcel 9A
In a new PUD filing from CityInterests, new plans have been revealed for parcel 9A of the Parkside development.
Parcel 8 will feature a 112-unit apartment building over ground-floor retail. Parcel 10 will feature a 118-unit apartment building over ground-floor retail.
The buildings are part of the 3.1-million-square-foot Parkside development.
The proposal would add another building, 9A and 9B, to the masterplan.
Parcel 9A would include nearly 110,000 sq. ft. with roughly 10,000 sq. fr. of ground-level retail.
Parcel 9B would include almost 82,000 sq. ft. and about 4,000 sq. ft. of ground-level retail.
This is a change from the previously approved office building and slightly smaller residential building planned for 9A and 9 B respectively.
