New Renderings Show Off Proposed 19-Story Lab Space.
The renderings of 400 North Elizabeth Street were released showing the 19-story laboratory office building in the West Loop. Due to the Metra train line, the building itself will be uniquely shaped to maximize the use of the lot. The building was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates, Inc and will add to the growing skyline of the West Loop. The development is waiting for approval for rezoning from the Chicago City Council and Chicago Plan Commission.
