New Rochelle Development Brings New Life to Local Boys and Girls Club

Renaissance at Lincoln Park is an 11-story workforce housing development. It will hold 179 units in configurations from studio to two bedrooms. The development will include a 5-story parking tower and a 23,400 square foot facility for the Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle. Their new space will include a demonstration kitchen, a gym, a basketball court, and a recording studio.
