New Saugus Middle/High School Taking Shape Along Route 1
Saugus's new combined middle/high school building is coming together along Route 1. Structural steel work is ongoing along with framing and sheathing. The 269,000 square foot facility will be home to grades 6-12. The project will also include a stadium with the multi-purpose field, track, and a 1,250-seat grandstand. The two expects to open the new school building in Summer 2020.
