New Townhome Development Planned in Brandon
A developer, Atlanta-based Rotunda Land & Development, has filed plans for a build to rent townhome community in Brandon. The development, Brandon Town Center, would bring 660 townhomes along with 75,000 square feet of retail space. The townhomes will be constructed in two phases with 421 in phase one and 239 in phase two. Community amenities would include a pool, walking trails, fitness center and fire pits. The community is located in Brandon, east of Tampa, with easy access to I-75 and close to Westfield Brandon Shopping Center as well as other shopping and dining.
