New Warehouse Development Coming to Piscataway
Demolition has commenced ahead of a brand-new, industrial warehouse project, slated for 10 Constitution Avenue in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Developed by , the square foot facility will be known as "Constitution Logistics Center". With serving as the general contractor for the project, the structure will be purpose-built to provide warehousing space for large distribution operations.
Boasting 36-foot interior ceiling clearances, the building will feature 41-loading docks (designed to accommodate full tractor-trailer setups), 2 drive-in doors, 57 trailer parking spaces, and 123 employee parking spots.
The facility will be situated just 10 miles from I-95, making for easy transportation access. It will also be located within a 30-minute drive of both the Port Newark–Elizabeth Marine Terminal, and Newark International Airport.
The development will sit on an 18-acre lot and is set to replace a 2-story, 100,000-square-foot office building that currently occupies the property. Constitution Logistics Center is expected to debut in the summer of 2024.
