Venture Park Hauppauge Update 06/02/22

New Warehouse Set to Replace Hauppauge Office Property

Just a couple of months ago, Venture One Real Estate paid $21 million for a 90,700 square foot office building, located at 49 Wireless Boulevard in Hauppauge, New York. Nestled within the Hauppauge Innovation Park, the property was offloaded by Tritec, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

In more recent news, however, plans have been approved for a brand new warehouse and distribution complex that will replace the existing structure. Developed by Venture One, it will be known as "Venture Park Hauppauge", and total almost 124,000 square feet.

The facility will feature 36-foot tall ceiling clearances, 27-loading docks, and 40 trailer stalls. It will also have a sizable parking area with 131 spaces for employees. The building's location will make it extremely desirable for shipping and receiving as the property sits less than a mile from the Long Island Expressway. Venture Park Hauppauge is expected to cost around $44 million to build. The project will break ground this fall, and finish in the second half of 2023.
