Gazit Globe has acquired the properties at 341-343 Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay for $51 million.
341 Newbury Street is a 41,958 square foot prime office/retail building on one of the busiest blocks of Boston' s renowned Back Bay. This location is surrounded by contemporary retailers like Madewell, Brandy Melville, Patagonia, The North Face, Lululemon, and the new Uniqlo flagship store.
343 Newbury Street is the adjacent building totaling 17,982 square feet of space spread over 3 stories. The retail building was constructed in 1919 and is currently home to fashion brand Forever 21.
