Newbury Street Property Acquired for $6.3M
169 Newbury Street has been acquired for $6.3M. The four-story, 6,200 square foot building is home to the Childs Gallery, with the upper levels housing a triplex residential condominium. The building also has five direct access parking spaces. A $4,095,000 senior bridge loan for the acquisition was arranged by FinanceBoston, a local real estate capital advisory firm. "We were excited to secure competitive terms for a bridge loan that will enable our client to acquire and transform a second Newbury Street asset, and we look forward to seeing the project come together," said Jane Voss, Associate at FinanceBoston.
