Newton Awards $4.2 Million in Funding to Coleman House Project
Newton City Council has approved $4,214,622 in preservation funding for the Coleman House. The money will go towards the $30,500,000 project to renovate the 146-unit senior-housing development first constructed in 1997. The property features 102,640 SF of living space.
