Newton to Acquire 15-Acre Development Site for $24M
The City of Newton has agreed to purchase 15 acres of vacant land from Dr. Louis Slovik and Dr. David Slovik, whom listed the property for $24,000,000. The site - located off Brandeis Road - features 15 acres of wooded land and open space. The City is seeking a development partner for the site and will issue a RFQ.
