Newton Zoning Board Approves Mixed-Use 40B Project
Criterion Development Partners has won approval from Newton's Zoning Board of Appeals for a comprehensive permit for their 15 Riverdale project. The 40B project would include two buildings featuring a total of 204 apartments, 51 of which would be designated affordable. The development also includes 4,600 square feet of retail and community space. A new pubic courtyard will be located at the heart of the complex, providing a pathway down to the lush landscape along the Charles River.
