Next Phase of The Boro Now Under Review
Akridge & The Meridien Group have submitted plans for the next phase of The Boro in Tysons. The new buildings, I &K, would feature a total of 560 residential units along with up to 45,000 square feet of retail. Building I would include around 130 condos along with 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. While plans for Building K call for 430 apartments and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
